At Idea Clan, we firmly believe in the philosophy of “Work Hard, Play Hard.” This ethos was brought to life in an extraordinary manner through the Idea Clan Cricket League, a testament to our commitment to fostering a cohesive work culture.
Over the course of three thrilling days, from February 8th to 11th, our employees had the opportunity to step out of their professional roles and onto the cricket field, embodying the spirit of competition, camaraderie, and sportsmanship.
Uniting Through Sport: The Idea Clan Way
The #ICCLeague featured six dynamic teams: the Tech Invincibles, Lead Strikers, Search Marvels, Master Blasters, Clan Challengers, and Stump Smashers. Each team, representing various departments within Idea Clan, showcased not only the diverse talents present in our organization but also the friendly rivalry that spurs us to greater heights.
Our founders, Rohit Ajmani and Sahil Walia, shared their thoughts, saying, “We firmly believe that a strong sense of teamwork is really important to the achievement of any goal, be it in the office or in the realm of sports. We are sure this event was the perfect platform for all teams to bond with one another, also highlighting the unity and bond that binds Idea Clan.”
