The year 2024 has been nothing short of eventful. From navigating challenges to celebrating significant milestones, each experience has shaped our path and brought us closer to where we stand today. As we welcome the new year, let’s reflect on the achievements that have defined Idea Clan’s evolution. From attending world-renowned conferences to surpassing goals once thought unattainable, our accomplishments are a testament to our resilience, growth, and unwavering commitment.
We kicked off the year on a high note. Co-founders Rohit Ajmani and Sahil Walia alongside our dynamic team, represented Idea Clan at a series of prestigious events, including the Lead Generation World Conference in Florida, Affiliate Summit West in Las Vegas, Affiliate World in Dubai, and SiGMA Eurasia. These experiences further cemented our position in the global world. We also had the honor of receiving the esteemed Commerce Coach Award from Shopify and proudly launched our very own Kickoff ICC League.
In March, we embraced the vibrant spirit of Holi, celebrating with colors, music, and joy. It was a day that captured the essence of unity and festivity. On top of this, we were thrilled to receive recognition from leading companies in the industry, including Zomato, Swiggy, and Blinkit, a clear recognition of our growing digital presence!
April marked a significant milestone for us, Idea Clan’s 12th anniversary. We celebrated this momentous occasion with Navigate 12.0, a spectacular event that was filled with games, dancing, and heartfelt tributes to our incredible team.
May and June saw us continuing to build camaraderie within the team. We organized a fun movie night to unwind and strengthen our bonds, and also took action on our commitment to sustainability by celebrating World Environment Day. Our team actively participated in a street clean-up, proudly standing as a ‘green flag’ for environmental responsibility.
In July, co-founder Rohit Ajmani and Sahil Walia traveled to the iconic Big Apple, New York City, to attend Affiliate Summit East. Likewise, our team embraced the energy of a lively Zumba session during our Fun Friday, dancing to music and engaging in an interactive bonding experience that reflected our dynamic work culture.
August proved to be another month of exceptional achievements. Our HR Lead, Shobhita Kohli, was invited as a speaker at a prestigious convocation, where she shared her powerful insights and ideas. Meanwhile, our Business Development team, Brandon Malhotra and Lakshbir Singh attended Contact IO in Denver, diving deep into the world of innovation and collaboration. To cap off the month, co-founders Rohit Ajmani and Sahil Walia represented Idea Clan at ClickBid World in Ibiza, further solidifying our global footprint. August was indeed a month filled with success and impactful connections!
September was our biggest highlight of the year. Co-founder Rohit Ajmani delivered a keynote address at the prestigious Affiliate World Conference in Budapest, unveiling groundbreaking ideas that are set to shape the future of our industry. The excitement didn’t stop there—Rohit was also featured on one of the most popular affiliate marketing podcasts, where he shared key insights on the evolving landscape of digital marketing. As well as, we received recognition from Chaayos, affirming the growing influence and impact of Idea Clan.
True to our company ethos, ‘work hard, play harder’, our teams embarked on exciting office retreats to Goa, Kashmir, and Srinagar in October. It was an opportunity to relax, recharge, and bond outside the office. Later in the month, we celebrated the festival of lights, Diwali, with a grand celebration. The night was filled with vibrant colors, music, and dancing, as we came together to mark the occasion in true Idea Clan style.
In November, we proudly completed the furnishing of our new office space, which we eagerly shared with our fellow Clans. The new space embodies our vision for growth and collaboration. We also received the Great Place to Work Certification for the second consecutive year—an acknowledgment of our outstanding work culture and team spirit.
To close out the year, our team attended the final Affiliate World Conference in Bangkok, Thailand. The conference offered us a platform to share valuable insights into industry trends and make impactful relationships.
