  • Build, lead, and mentor an efficient and driven team
  • Lay the groundwork for Marketing operations for various projects followed by strategizing and forecasting for the department of marketing
  • Establish the crucial marketing metrics and manage the compilation of the marketing team reports, statistics, and dashboards to analyze their performance
  • Define functions and processes within various marketing teams while supervising the tasks of cross-functional teams in high-paced surroundings in order to attain everyday targets and KPIs in accordance with the company and its goals
  • Direct the marketing operations roadmap and incorporate technological developments in the strategies to ensure that the marketing teams have easy access to key tools for attaining the aims
  • Drive excellent ROI for marketing and sales while ideating and implementing brilliant plans with the marketing department
  • Direct existing clients with efficient digital strategies and build them creatively by including all relevant technical facets of Media Planning and execute all the marketing processes of the company by forming strong relationships with clients
  • Managing teams and lead the client servicing team, provide training and mentor members of the marketing department, compile quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports, and review sheets and supervise the hiring of new team members
