We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with a minimum of 2 years of experience in both manual and automated testing to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will be responsible for conducting various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. We are seeking a candidate who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, possesses excellent attention to detail, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in testing web-based applications and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
• Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts using programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Devise, create, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for software products.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report defects and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Document and communicate test results, defects, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze and review business requirements and technical specifications to ensure they are thorough, accurate, and easily testable.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using automation testing tools.
• Continuously enhance testing processes and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to release planning and participate in release readiness assessments.
• Work closely with developers to identify root causes of defects and provide valuable feedback on defect resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in software testing technologies.
