- Prior experience of recruiting is desired.
- Expertise in sourcing profiles across various recruitment platforms.
- Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
- Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
- Coordination with senior management regarding ongoing recruitments and employees’ concerns.
- Managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities for different roles
- Screening resumes and shortlisting the candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating the interview process
- Conducting the first round of discussion for the process
- Posting on LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed.com, Hirist etc regarding recruitment activities
- Using recruitment database like Naukri, LinkedIn to find prospective employees & approaching them for recruitment
- Coordinating with internal teams to carry out recruitment related activities.
- Handling investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
- Policy creation and management.
